I currently run weekly yoga classes at the Big Local in Whitley Bay. These are suitable for anyone with a foundational knowledge of yoga. Pre-booking is required, but it is quick and easy using the button below.

Mindful flow
We will take time to notice the breath, settle the mind, and calm the nervous system, before taking a flowing vinyasa based sequence.
We’ll move with intention, inviting strength and encouraging flexibility, before easing into gentle stretches and welcoming stillness.
You’ll leave feeling nourished, relaxed and hopefully, a little bit more restored in your body, and quieter in your mind.

Yoga styles
My teaching is friendly, open, and fully inclusive, ensuring everyone feels welcome on their mat.
Each class is rooted in yoga philosophy and draws on elements from these three key forms of yoga
A dynamic practice that links breath with movement, creating a fluid, continuous “flow” designed to build your energy and endurance.
A slower-paced style that emphasizes foundational poses (asanas), giving you time to focus on your alignment, strength and stability.
Uses props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, to fully support your body in passive poses for deep relaxation and healing the nervous system.
