Practice foundations

Yoga styles

Every session is carefully put together to create balance, variety, and a sense of continuity over time, allowing your practice to develop naturally and without pressure. Each class is rooted in yoga philosophy and draws on elements from these three key forms of yoga.

A dynamic practice that links breath with movement, creating a fluid, continuous “flow” designed to build your energy and endurance.

A slower-paced style that emphasizes foundational poses (asanas), giving you time to focus on your alignment, strength and stability.

Uses props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, to fully support your body in passive poses for deep relaxation and healing the nervous system.
