*My yoga classes are not appropriate for pregnancy. Please remember to bring you own mat.

Location & Directions
The Big Local is located on Whitley Road, just outside Whitley Bay town centre. If you live nearby — in Cullercoats, Monkseaton, Tynemouth or North Shields — it’s quick and easy to get to.
Arriving by car, there are several convenient parking options. Many Local Buses run close by and Whitley Bay Metro Station is just a short walk away.
